District News:  December 21, 2009 - The United States Marshals Service San Diego Fugitive Task Force has joined the manhunt for Jesus Alejandro Arteaga. U.S. Marshals have filed a federal charge of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution for Arteaga. Arteaga is wanted by the Chula Vista Police Department for the murder of Maribel Arteaga, a Customs and Border Protection officer, in front of her two children.  Read More
