24, 2009 - After an intense investigation, the U.S.
Marshals Service Middle District of Alabama and the Gulf Coast Regional
Fugitive Task Force arrested a Kansas man wanted on seven counts of failure
to register as a sex offender. Today Isaac Miller of Junction City, Kansas
was arrested at 16th Avenue South in Phenix City, Alabama.
In December 1995, Miller was convicted of indecent liberties with a child in
Riley County, Kansas and sentence to 130 months in prison. Since his
release Miller has failed to register with Junction City, Kansas Police on
several occasions leaving him in an absconder status. Miller was also
wanted on several other warrants in Kansas ranging from probation violations
