Scott Rolstad, Assistant Director of the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS)

Scott Rolstad is the Assistant Director of the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) for the U.S. Marshals Service. He manages, administers and executes the development, implementation and operation of prisoner transportation programs and JPATS business management programs and policies. Mr. Rolstad serves as the principal advisor to the Director and Deputy Director on transportation and security of prisoners by air and ground transportation modes and production of prisoners. He also serves as the corporate executive for the Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System revolving fund.
