Albert Hemphill, Director of the Financial Services Division

Albert Hemphill is the Assistant Director of the Financial Services Division for the U.S. Marshals Service. In this capacity, he also serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the agency. Mr. Hemphill manages, administers and executes the development, implementation and operation of financial management programs, policies and procedures. He oversees all budget, finance, internal controls and performance responsibilities of the agency. Mr. Hemphill is the principal advisor to the U.S. Marshals Service Director on all financial management matters.
