Michael Earp

Investigative Operations

T. Michael Earp is the Assistant Director of the Investigative Operations Division for the U.S. Marshals Service. He manages, administers and executes the development, implementation and operation of investigative programs, policies and procedures. He oversees the national programs in the International Investigative Branch, Domestic Investigative Branch, Criminal Information Branch, Sex Offender Investigative Branch, Technical Operations Branch and the Policy and Program Branch. Mr. Earp serves as the principal advisor to the Director and Deputy Director on the apprehension of fugitives, participation in task forces, international investigations, Organized Drug Enforcement Task Force, execution of civil and criminal process and the extradition program.
