Darla Callaghan Assistant Director for Human Resources

Darla Callaghan is the Assistant Director of Human Resources for the U.S. Marshals Service. She manages, administers and executes the development, implementation and operation of human resources and personnel security programs, policies and procedures. The human resources and personnel security programs include support for the headquarters, 94 districts and sub-offices nationwide and in Guam, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Mexico, Jamaica and the Dominican Republic. She is the principal advisor to the Associate Director for Administration on all matters involving management of human resources and personnel security programs.
