Gerald Auerbach
General Counsel

Gerald M. Auerbach is the General Counsel for the U.S. Marshals Service. He is the primary legal expert on all U.S. Marshals Service matters. He manages, administers and executes the development, implementation and operation of USMS legal programs, policies, and procedures. Mr. Auerbach serves as the principal legal advisor to the Director and Deputy Director and provides legal representation for the USMS officials. He also represents the USMS in federal court, at administrative hearings and proceedings and labor negotiations.
